Professional Experience
A Paediatrician and Public health specialist from Tanzania with extensive experience in Child survival interventions. She is working with the Immunization and Vaccine Development Program of the Ministry of Health in Tanzania before which she was working as a Paediatrician at Temeke Referral Hospital. She further served the different technical committees of immunization including the National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (NITAG) and Immunization Technical Working Group (TWG) An organized and efficient individual, who through a precise approach has yielded excellent results in the Immunization program in Tanzania.
She graduated in Medicine from the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences in 2007 before further upgrading to Master of Medicine in Paediatrics and Child Health from the same university in Tanzania in 2013. She advanced her academic carrier to Master in Public Health from Dartmouth College in 2017. In the USA. Her resume demonstrates participation and contribution in various child-related sectors and committees Dr. Kyesi is currently pursuing her fellowship program in Haematology-Oncology Program, with an interest in advancing research in the area of Haematological cancers.
