Professional Experience

Dr. Lutainulwa is a registered medical doctor and public health specialist, licensed by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT) and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). With over 14 years of experience in clinical and community health programs, she has led and supported initiatives in HIV prevention and testing, IMCI, cervical cancer screening (CECAP), post-abortion care (cPAC), family planning, and immunization.
She has served in technical and leadership roles with PSI-Tanzania, Marie Stopes Tanzania, ICAP-Tanzania, and Management and Development for Health (MDH), gaining extensive expertise in program design, planning, budgeting, and results-based monitoring and evaluation.
Dr. Lutainulwa is skilled in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, team leadership, and implementation of evidence-based health interventions. Her additional training in Implementation Science, Program Evaluation, and Leadership and Management in Health has strengthened his capacity to design and lead impactful, scalable health programs.
Her blend of clinical knowledge, strategic management, and leadership experience continues to drive sustainable improvements in public health across Tanzania.
